Sales Terms and Conditions:
Parade Float Materials
Parade float kits include all materials needed to complete a float in the dimensions shown on each design. In addition, you will receive detailed instructions for material application, and a construction plan. Contours are of heavy wallboard cut-outs -- saving you time and effort in completing your parade entry.

If dimensions of your float bed do not match the size of the float kit you have chosen, you may alter it by the following method: if the trailer bed is smaller, build out the apron to the size listed. If the trailer bed is larger, increase your materials to compensate for the difference.

Points to Note When Ordering
  1. Background, contours, and float props are all "Made-to-Order" and you MUST allow us production and shipping time for these important components. Since the large pieces must be shipped by truck, please allow at least 3 weeks (for domestic purchases) after placing your order for shipment (Longer for exported material). Do plan ahead to avoid disappointment.
  2. Float kits may be ordered in any combination. Please specify the color for each item ordered.
  3. When ordering cut-out letters and name panels, include exact copy and color lettering.
  4. Signs, letters and name panels are not included in the kit unless listed along with the material requirements for the design.
  5. Vinyl sheeting requires some form of backing (wallboard, cardboard, plywood etc.) which is not supplied with the float kit. Lumber for float construction and the vehicle upon which to build the float are never included in the float kit.
  6. All prices are subject to change without notification.
Shipping Charges
We ship by United Parcel Service whenever possible. Since UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, do include a street address when placing your orders. C.O.D. fees and insurance are extra. Truck shipments are always Freight Collect.

Terms of Sale
Cash with order, credit card, or C.O.D. firms with satisfactory credit ratings will be billed on NET 30 days.

Returns
We stand behind our products and will make good on any orders proven defective in materials or workmanship to your complete satisfaction. Do not return any merchandise without permission form our customer service department. Request for return authorization must be made within ten days or a 25% restocking charge will be applied. Floral sheeting in less than 10 yard rolls, cut-out letters, backgrounds, props and contours and custom items are not returnable.

Notice Regarding Claims
ALL CLAIMS FOR MERCHANDISE DELAYED, LOST, OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONSIGNEE. All merchandise is carefully inspected before packing and is packed in an approved manner when it leaves our facility. When accepting shipment, any missing cartons or visible damage must be noted on the receiving ticket before signing. Any claims for concealed damage must be filed within ten days of receipt of delivery. All claims must be filed with the delivery carrier. FAILURE TO PROPERLY FILE CLAIMS MAY MEAN REFUSAL OF CLAIM AND SUBSEQUENT LOSS TO THE CONSIGNEE.
